SHIPPING AND RETURNS

In order to make your shopping experience as worry-free as possible, we would like you to know that:
  • We are currently offering free shipping on all domestic orders over $200 (use code HOMEBODY) at checkout.
    • Due to the extra precautions we are currently taking, our processing of orders and returns is taking a little longer than usual. Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed once received. 
      • We have extended our online return policy to 30 days from the time the package is received.
        Standard Shipping
        • All standard shipping orders are sent out via USPS priority mail within 3 business days of the order being placed (exceptions may occur). Listed shipping transit times are calculated only once the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, an email from orders@novellaroyale.com with a tracking number will be sent. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.
          International Shipping
            • All international purchases will be shipped out within 3 business days of the order being placed (exceptions may occur). International packages generally arrive within 14-28 business days of being shipped. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email from orders@novellaroyale.com with a tracking number. All custom duties, taxes, VATs, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact a local post office for further information concerning custom duties, vats, or fees. Please note: Delays may occur due to customs and inspection.
              Return Policy
              Novella Royale will gladly accept returns and exchanges on full price merchandise upon the following conditions:
              • Merchandise is unworn, unwashed, tags attached and in the original condition as purchased
              • Merchandise must be sent back to us for return within 30 days of receiving your order
              • Swim must be unworn, have tags attached, and bottom liner intact. 

              All Sale Items are final sale. We do accept returns for merchandise credit on sale items provided all the conditions above are met. Items purchased at an in store sample sale are final sale. 

                Exchanges
                The quickest way to exchange is by placing a new order for the style you'd like, then send back the original item for a refund. If you'd prefer an even exchange, please reach out to us at orders@novellaroyale.com and we will assist you from there. 
                How to return online orders:
                • Complete the return portion of your packing slip (or confirmation order email) and send back to us with your merchandise. If you no longer have your packing slip you may write your order number on a piece of paper.

                  Please note:
                  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
                  • For US returns: If you'd like us to send you a return shipping label ($8 will be deducted from your refund), please email us @orders@novellaroyale.com
                  • Novella Royale will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged returned packages. We recommend keeping a record of your tracking number. 
                  • Please allow up to 10 days for the return to be processed once received back to us. You will receive an email once the return has been processed.
                  • Refunds will be processed via the original form of payment.
                  • Shipping costs will not be refunded 
                  • Please join us in our efforts to reduce waste and send your return in its original packaging
                  • Sale items are final sale.
