RETURN POLICY

Novella Royale will gladly accept returns and exchanges on full price merchandise upon the following conditions:

• Merchandise is unworn, unwashed, tags attached and in the original condition as purchased
• Merchandise must be sent back to us for return within 30 days of receiving your order
• Swim must be unworn, have tags attached, and bottom liner intact.

We do not offer refunds on Sale items, however, we do accept even exchanges or returns for merchandise credit on sale items provided all the above conditions are met.

Items purchased at an in person sample sale are final sale.
